use the Book Club Buddy app for Slack (the “Service”).

apply to Slack or other third-party services you connect with the
Service.

Information from Slack
- Workspace data like team ID, team name, and workspace settings.
- User data such as user IDs, display names, and profile details Slack provides (e.g., email, timezone).
- Channel and user group data needed to create and manage book clubs.
- Reaction events used to record reading check-ins.
Book club data
- Book club name, book title, optional book link, schedule, and status.
- Participant lists, reading progress, and check-in history.
- Message metadata for reminders (channel IDs and message timestamps).
Usage and diagnostic data
- Feature usage events (e.g., creating or joining a book club).
- Logs for security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Billing data
- Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
- We do not store full payment card details; Stripe handles payment processing.

Your choices
- Workspace admins can uninstall the app from Slack to stop data collection.

International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own.
We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for international data
transfers.
